Fun Times with Friends: Rebecca's Birthday, Bingo Loco, WACA, the Cabin with Heidi, dinner with Karen

 March has been full of fun moments with my friends. I am so fortunate to have them in my life. One of the best parts of being single has been growing my friendships with these amazing women! Heidi and I also got to attend the WACA Conference again this March and get inspired and reinvigorated to make Shorecrest the best school climate we can for our students. Great times include: a birthday dinner for Rebecca, Bingo Loco & Shelby's birthday with Rachelle, getting stuck in the snow and a power outage at the cabin with Heidi after WACA, and dinner with Karen in Snohomish.

Swim Updates (Spring Club Meets, Age Group Regionals, SC Boys End of Season Banquet)

Swim Updates: Reed and Charlotte competed in end of the club season meets this spring: Age Group Invitational and Age Group Regionals. Meanwhile, at the end of the season banquet for the Shorecrest Boys Swim Team, Edison was announced as one of the captains for next year, alongside Chase and Beck. It was a poignant moment to know Edison has earned that trust and vote of confidence from his coach and teammates.

200 Free - Charlotte made finals in six-state Age Group Regionals, 6th Place!!!

MARCH - Charlotte - State DECA Success

Charlotte and the DECA contingent from Shorecrest competed at the State DECA competition. Charlotte created both a written paper and competed in the role play category of the Automotive Industry. This also involves a comprehensive test, too. She absolutely crushed it with top scores by a panel of judges and qualified for DECA Nationals to take place in Atlanta at the end of April!
