Seahawks Monday Night Football!

The Seahawks brought it for Monday Night Football! The lights and fireworks were awesome! What a super opportunity to spend the night with Reed cheering on the Hawks in a win over the Texans. I've heard Seahawks fans are LOUD, but I never truly understood it until I was there. WOW!!! Plus we ran into the most fun of SC friends!

We had fun rooting for the Mariners to make it to the World Series by winning game 7 of the ALCS, but this wasn’t their time yet. What a wonderful season they gave all Seattle and they earned some new fans in the Phillips family!

The halftime show featured Rachel Platten and her Fight Song in honor of Cancer Awareness Month and in support of cancer survivors.

Larches, Snow and Solitude

 It is important to me to get out and hike a little in the fall. Glad I was able to find the time to get over to Lake Clara and Lake Marion while I was taking care of some business at the cabin. The snow came early this year! I got to see some of the swim meet on the way home Sunday. We are solidly back in the club season now. Owen and Reed are neck-and-neck and pushing each other which is great to see.

Shorewood Homecoming 2025

 Homecoming Part II: Shorewood High. Another great set of pictures of the beautiful couple, Mady and Edison and best friends Ella and David. They took pictures on the rooftop of the Edmonds Library. Mariners Win Game Five in 15 Innings & Advance to ALCS!!!

Giant Mariners win! In 15 innings. WOAH! What an exciting night to be Mariners Fans! I remember the last Mariner post-season runs this deep in high school and college. I am over the moon to share this with Charlotte and Reed! Let’s Go! The roof was closed which was a different vibe. Ken Griffey Junior rolled in for a hype up at the start of the game. The shoe rally worked!
