We flew to Hawaii with my family on Friday. Thanks, Grandma Bestamor! What a welcome break from the gray Seattle drizzle. It was a six hour flight to Honolulu and then a 45 minute puddle jumper to the Kona side of the big island of Hawaii. The kids did amazingly well on the flights. Edison spent much of the flight on his Nana's lap, playing with the toys she brought him, even though he had his own seat this time. Thank you, Nana!
Here's a picture of Charlotte tearing it up, crawling, at the Honolulu airport. She is a crawling machine and loves that she can take her mobility into her own hands (and knees).
But... Charlotte does prefer to walk. Here she is outside the condo - tickling her toes in grass for the first time!
Edison likes to play on the putting green outside the lanai of the condo. As you can see, it is also lushly landscaped.

Having lunch on the lanai of our condo. What a view of the mountains - and what a happy baby!
