Charlotte's Birthday Party!

Charlotte turned five last weekend! We had a Frozen-themed birthday party for her, complete with this ombre Frozen cake. I made rock candy for the ice castle fractals and it was a triple layer cake to boot.
She got to invite five friends from school and Edison invited Zach - plus we had Dillon, Liam and cousins Alton and Evie join us. Grandfather Herbert and Nana came as well as Marlene and Bob. We played a lot of games - like "pin the carrot nose on Olaf." Charlotte was suspiciously on target with her placement.
They played "do you want to build a snowman?" by wrapping teammates up in toilet paper.

The kids also played a blizzard relay - they had to move ping-pong snowballs with a broom across the yard.

Snowball stomp was probably the most fun - every kid had a balloon tied to their ankle. They tried to pop the balloons of other kids while protecting their own.
 The cake!

Amazing presents from everyone. Charlotte felt very special the whole day.
Not cooperating here, but Liam wore his special party clothes just for Charlotte - had to snap a picture of these cuties together.
The younger cousins had fun of their own. Reed fits right in with Evie and Alton.
