First Week of (Virtual 2.0) School!

I am fully back to work (for the past two weeks actually). I love my school. I love my job. Enough said. Go Scots!
Its hard to shift to virtual class, but I'm staying organized and have a detailed plan for each class. I've shared it with my colleagues in case it could help them - and guess what?! - it has! Yay! Proud of that and happy to be in a collegial community where we can share things like this.

The kids liked picking out school supplies and Reed's birthday cake.  Felt kind of normal.
We picked up the kids' devices from school. They were super interested in getting them set up and using them right away (like even on the drive home... that is less than half a mile!).

We are also "doing a lap" after dinner each night to enjoy being outside and moving, moving, moving. Beautiful nights in LFP!

Also trying to add games to the nightly routine.

First day of school was a bit nuts. I got Edison logged in, opened the zoom for my class concurrently, then 12 minutes later paused my class to make sure Charlotte and Reed got logged into their respective classes. Ooof. Its a lot! But - we got this!

Reed spent hours and hours building all of his new Lego sets!
We did a couple family swims at Aqua Club this week to get exercise and enjoy the last days of summer!
