Homecoming 2023 - first one with Edison at Shorecrest! After all the cringey and torturous class meetings - it was incredible to see it all come together. I was really proud of Edison for stepping up to do the Tug of War competition for the freshmen - and they WON the whole thing!!! WHAT?!
Awesome energy and hyphiness at today’s Homecoming Assembly. So happy to be a Scot!
Really proud of the students in the class of 2027 - they had a really lively chant, a fun skit, and had super spirited behavior throughout the assembly!
Extra shoutouts to class advisors and performance group coaches and to Brett for choreographing the staff routine!

The Shorecrest Homecoming Football Game & Halftime show featured SC Royalty and the amazing School Ambassadors from almost of our feeder schools- we’ve got some outstanding Future Scots heading our way! And the football team scored a huge W at the game! So fun!
And not to mention - my first Homecoming Dance as a mama! I got to see Edison and his friends at dinner before heading to the dance. Thanks to the Arsineaux's for hosting! The 1000+ students at the dance looked like they had an absolutely fantastic night.
21,000+ steps two days in a row. These are BIG days for me and I'm beat. One last clean up today (Sunday) and then it is time to put Shorecrest Homecoming 2023 in the books. What a fantastic coming together of our entire community! Totally worth it!
