In the "better late than never" category - On Labor Day weekend, we did one last float of the year on
the Upper Wenatchee. It was a beautiful blue-sky day and the scenery never
stops being breathtaking. It was the kind of day you want to hold onto and
remember when the fall rains kick in and school demands start getting crazy. It
was just the five of us, a few eagles, the fish, and the river; it was so
incredibly peaceful.
