Weekend at The Mitchell Cabin

On my way to Hansville to visit the Mitchells, I took a wrong turn and ended up in Port Gamble. Lucky for me I was hungry and ended enjoying a delicious egg scramble at the Scratch Kitchen.

Their community beach is amazing and after a long walk, we spent most of the day at the water. It was fun to hang to with Dubs and Rebecca, too!

And even had a hilarious sunset photo shoot.

On Sunday morning, Trent, Rachelle and I paddle boarded and kayaked across Hood Canal to Hood Head/Point Hannon - the land seen across the water in this picture. I was proud of the 1.6 mile paddle board over and definitely happy to switch to the kayak on the way back!
