NOVEMBER - Friends and Family

It was fun to bring the family together in early November to celebrate birthdays: Evie, Karen, and Bonnie. Baby Isaac stole the show for sure! But it just felt so wonderful to have everyone gathered together, especially since Jennie came with her kids. And though both Karen and I are in the middle of incredibly stressful life changes, we are able to experience love and support when with our family.

Halloween with Friends in Sheridan

Halloween is such a special occasion for the kids. It was fun to make it come alive for them again and to be able to share the night with friends in our new neighborhood. It was the perfect trick-or-treating location and it was BUSY out there! We have also had wonderful afternoons on bikes and visiting with friends like Amy and Mike and their awesome kids.

 

End of October - Grand Daddy's Birthday, Fun, Riding Bikes, Kids Running Meet

We celebrated Grand Daddy's birthday with him at the start of October. The kids enjoyed finally getting bikes set up at our new house and are now able to go mobile in the neighborhood and on the Burke-Gilman. We did a quick ride over to the LFP Town Center for frozen yogurt which was delightful. The kids are engaged in school and swimming. This year Edison and Charlotte did a one-month running club after school and competed in a district-wide running meet. Edison did awesome considering he would rather not have done it at all! Charlotte was in the top-five girls for her grade and the one-mile distance!
