Happy Halloween - Once in a Blue Moon!

This is what ingenuity looks like... finding a way to have Halloween fun and trick or treating while still being mindful of COVID and social distancing. We thought we'd give it a try with our friends. The flying squirrels plus one Obi -Wan were ready.

Charlotte's bunny and Reed's minion turned out so great!!!!

From nothing to a pack of trick or treaters in no time!

First stop: Hudson's house complete with Cobra Kai skeletons, a movie, and a candy drop.

Then onto the "scary house" that we've seen build up its display over the past month.

The zombies are after us! Help!

I'm pretty sure last year I was too scared to actually go through their yard - but this year there were no crowds and since I'd seen it grow all month, it felt important to do. Wow! Super scary! Very cool to have neighbors who go ALL OUT.

 Edison and the boys.

Amy won best candy drop hands down! Nailed the witch demeanor, silhouette, and best treats to come down the shoot for both kids and grown ups!

The full moon was amazing and mesmerizing.

It was a shortened trick or treating loop, with far fewer houses and people out, but the kids had fun with their friends, ran around and enjoyed the amazing night. It was really cool to see our neighborhood come together for this. We got this!
