Memorial Day Weekend with the Adams Family

We continued our tradition of spending Memorial Day Weekend with the Adams family - something that means a lot to all of us and we always have a great time. We had intended to do a big raft trip on the Grande Ronde, but the weather went south and we ended up bailing on that and ending up at the cabin. We made the best of it and had some good times together.

On Sunday Eben, Edison and Chris tested out the new cataraft and launched off Icicle Road. Since it was cool and drizzly, Meg and I decided to take the rest of the kids into Leavenworth rather than out rafting. 

 The cataraft did great and the guys had a fantastic time.

We spent a beautiful, sunny, Memorial Day at Jetty Island with them, but I forgot the camera at home. It was the highlight of the weekend for sure! We took Chris's new Trophy out there for the first time.
