After all that digging out, it was fun to get out to the cabin again with the kids! The top layer on the snow is about an inch of ice and crazy hard. There was no hope for the sled trail, but it was so icy, the kids just slid down it penguin style. The bridge is full of snow up to its rails.
We enjoyed a couple beautiful days of skiing at Stevens. We got to ski with Rebecca and her family on Saturday and with Cally and the Birgfelds on Sunday. The snow was not awesome, but the views and clouds put on a show. It was fun to get up there again with Rebecca and her cousin the following weekend. She takes really amazing pictures and it was so fun to have a girls' day on the slopes!
