Spring Break 3: Patriots Hall of Fame, Providence, RI, Niantic, the Coast Guard Academy, and Mystic, CT.

We started today with a visit to the Patriots Hall of Fame!!! We went in without hats. We came out with hats. So much fun to let the kids go crazy in the gift shop. Also... stickers, a magnet, and ice cube trays. Because, why not?!

A couple times a month, Providence lights these up with fire and does a fire walk. I really hope I get to see one at some point! But even walking along the river and seeing the capitol building in daylight was pretty cool. The town definitely has good vibes.

Our old house: 10 Oak Hill Drive, Niantic, CT. I spent every day there with my little shadow, Edison from birth to two. Sigh. Kind of a funky place, but solid.

My old stomping grounds - McCook Park, Niantic Board Walk, white sandy beaches.

The Niantic Boardwalk - definitely did the 3 mile loop from my house every day with Edison in the stroller. Rain, snow, heat... you name it, we did it.
The Sailing Center at the USCGA.

The field where their dad played college football for the US Coast Guard Academy. Go Bears.

The Taber Inne in Mystic was a great place to stay. Very comfy and super hospitable. One of the best hotel pools around. Hands down.

We went to Mystic and didn't eat at Mystic Pizza.... because Pizetta was so much better! Yummmmmm!

We all need a Slice of Heaven... Though the kids have no idea why I posed them here as they are not quite ready for the Mystic Pizza movie.
