We skied Stevens the first three weekends of January! So fun to be out on our mountain. First weekend was New Year's Day - after a quick stop home after the red eye back from Hawaii. I'm glad we went - it was awesome conditions and we weren't as tired as we thought we'd be.
Second weekend included a really nice dinner with Amy and Mike on Saturday. Then we did a fun girl power ski day with Amy B and Jessica K and our daughters while Edison and Reed took off and were doing hot laps on Corona Bowl.
I had a fun MLK weekend with a bonus Leavenworth day. And despite the crappy mountain conditions, ended up having fun skiing Saturday and Sunday while popping in and out of the Foggy Goggle to watch the playoff games.
January will also be known for: experimenting with Grogu hot cocoa bombs, Reed and Adrian fishing in Lake Washington, power-watching all three Lord of the Rings movies and moving a lot of snow around at the cabin.
