Lacrosse and UW Cherry Blossom Festival

Charlotte showed great hustle on the field this morning, mostly playing as midi. After doing a return at REI, Reed wanted to ride the escalator a few times - sure thing! Nice to not be in a hurry and instead get to enjoy these moments! We wrapped up our weekend with a trip to University of Washington (Seattle), my alma mater. The 90-year-old cherry trees in the Quad were in peak bloom today. They were quite impressive and their blossoms are so delicate and beautiful. We also went into Suzzalo Library to marvel at the architecture and the sheer volume of books. It was really fun to have my memory jogged by so much on campus. There are so many new buildings now, that I hardly recognized the north end!
