Aqua Club Summer Swim Team is in full swing and it is so fun to be back with our swim family! Reed set a record in the 9-10 boys 50 Backstroke with a time of 34.61 at the Klahaya meet last week. Charlotte's 200 Free Relay team (Harper B, Harper D, & Makena) broke a 20-year old record and went 1:45.88! There's a lot more of the season left, so only time will tell who will actually get their name on the record board, but this is an incredible start! Edison is doing well having moved up to the 15-18 age group - he is swimming fast and winning lots of races. Edison and Charlotte have started doing an additional swim practice every morning with their club team, Excel. Looks like all the hard work will be paying off! They also went to a special clinic with former Olympian swimmer, Jason Lezak! So cool!
