GSSSL All City 2024 at Lakeridge: Aqua Club had some amazing swims today and the coaches rocked it - everyone was super prepared to swim fast! It was so fun to cheer on our swimmers! Highlights: Reed swam out of his mind and dropped 3 seconds in his 50 BR and earned the AC record, finishing 2nd! Reed’s 100 MR dropped almost 3 seconds, swimming the second fastest time in AC history and placed 2nd! His 200 FR dropped 3 seconds, broke the AC record, and finished second. He also swam a strong 50 BK and placed 3rd. Charlotte swam a fast time in her 50 BK and moved up to 5th place. Her 200 FR Relay team swam insanely fast splits, dropped almost another second and broke their own record. They got touched out by .01 in a heartbreaker and earned 2nd place. Edison and Nana came to cheer everyone on and I got a great view of the meet by officiating. It was an incredible summer swim season. Now it is time for a break and some family time!
