My cup is full. I love being part of the Shorecrest family. We pulled off an amazing Homecoming Assembly today. Special thanks to our Class Advisors and Performance Team Coaches and Vince Caruso with the Band. You've done an incredible job teaching and coaching these students to reach this point and leading with your passion and whole hearts. Go Scots! And I'm so proud of our freshmen (I'm their advisor), for earning 3rd place overall (2nd in the backdrop!). They did great at their first Homecoming!
Shorecrest Football lost a heartbreaker in overtime last night. The students were amazing fans the entire night. SC Marching Band's halftime routine was impressive and the Cheer Team looked sharp and had awesome crowd engagement. It was fun to honor the Homecoming Ambassadors from our elementary schools, Cascade K8 and Kellogg. The Highland Dancers shined as they made the Sword Arch and did the Sword Dance. The Shorecrest Homecoming Royalty Court is made up of kind, thoughtful, and spirited students.
